Our range of speciality teas includes unique varieties for connoisseurs and anyone who enjoys trying something new. Pai Mu Tan, also known as White Peony, is a rare white tea with a delicate floral aroma. It undergoes minimal processing, yields a generous amount of liquor and can be re-infused several times. Our Pu-erh tea from the Chinese province of Yunnan is quite different: this red tea is post-fermented using a special process and impresses with a very strong, earthy flavour and a dark-coloured brew. Both varieties offer an exciting alternative to classic black and green tea and are ideal for relaxing moments with a cup of tea.
