White tea

White tea is one of the finest varieties of tea. It is made from the young leaves and buds of the tea plant and processed very gently: the leaves are simply withered and dried. This preserves their delicate, floral aroma. In our range, you will find Pai Mu Tan, also known as white peony, a rarity with a delicate floral flavour and a pale-coloured brew. It is particularly economical and can be re-infused several times. Tip: Brew white tea with water that is no longer boiling, so that its delicate aroma comes into its own.
