Salt specialities
Not all salt is the same. Our range of speciality salts includes unique varieties from around the world, each with distinct differences in flavour, grain size and colour. These include the fine Fleur de Sel from Portugal, Gros Sel de Guérande, Sardinian sea salt – available fine, coarse or with lemon – as well as black Hawaiian sea salt and Indian Kala Namak with its characteristic flavour. For everyday use, we offer crystal salt in fine and coarse grains; for a bit of variety, try green herb salt, smoked sea salt and meat tenderising salt. In the ‘Spiced Salts for the Mill’ sub-category, you’ll also find ready-made salt and herb blends for your salt mill.
